Job Description

As a Switching Escalation Engineer at Cisco Systems, you’ll have the opportunity to be at the forefront of network innovation. You must have a strong technical background in switching technologies and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and partners. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical expertise to customers and partners in switching technologies.
  2. Troubleshoot customer and partner technical issues in switching technologies.
  3. Identify and analyze root cause of network problems.
  4. Develop and implement solutions to customer and partner technical issues.
  5. Monitor customer and partner networks to ensure maximum performance.
  6. Maintain current knowledge of switching technologies and industry trends.
  7. Stay abreast of new and emerging products, technologies, and services.
  8. Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers.
  9. Respond to customer and partner inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Prepare and present technical reports and presentations.
