Switching Escalation Engineer

Cisco Systems is looking for an experienced Switching Escalation Engineer to join our team of professionals in providing world-class customer service. As a Switching Escalation Engineer, you will play a key role in proactively resolving complex customer problems and providing technical guidance and mentorship to the field engineering teams.We are looking for a motivated and technically-savvy individual who can effectively work with both internal and external customers, and demonstrate expertise in the areas of switching and routing technologies.
