  • Develop and implement supply planning strategies and processes to optimize inventory levels and improve supply chain efficiency for a global technology leader.
  • Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Utilize data analysis and forecasting techniques to make informed decisions about inventory levels and production schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and assess supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, such as supply shortages or disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on supply chain performance and initiatives.
  • Manage supply planning budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in all supply chain activities.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in supply chain management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Preferably In A High-Tech Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Best Practices, Including Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, And Production Planning.

  • Experience With Supply Chain Planning Software And Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Identify Areas For Process Improvement.
