  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with interconnect commodity suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  2. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to drive cost efficiency and maximize value for the company.
  3. Monitor supplier performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify interconnect commodity needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  5. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform supplier selection and negotiation.
  6. Develop and maintain a supplier scorecard to track supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Communicate regularly with suppliers to address any issues or concerns and ensure alignment on expectations.
  8. Work with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  9. Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to interconnect commodity management, such as cost savings and supplier performance.
  10. Provide regular updates to management on supplier performance, cost savings, and any potential risks or opportunities.
  11. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and drive efficiency in supplier management.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on interconnect commodity management and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all supplier management activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supplier Management Or Commodity Management, Preferably In The Interconnects Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Interconnects Technology And Industry Trends.

  • Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Data To Make Strategic Sourcing Decisions.
