  1. Design and develop software solutions for our Secure Network Analytics Platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  3. Maintain and enhance existing software, ensuring high quality and robustness.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our software.
  5. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  7. Work closely with product managers to define product roadmap and prioritize development tasks.
  8. Ensure compliance with coding standards, software quality, and security protocols.
  9. Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
  10. Proactively identify technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and reports on project progress.
  12. Collaborate with QA team to ensure thorough testing of software before release.
  13. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  14. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the team and the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Software Development: A Sr. Software Engineer Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Developing Software Products Or Platforms, With A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies, Coding Languages, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Network Security: As A Sr. Software Engineer For A Secure Network Analytics Platform, Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Network Security Concepts, Protocols, And Technologies Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, And Prevention Systems, Encryption, And Authentication.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages And Frameworks: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Command Of Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And Python, As Well As Experience With Software Development Frameworks Such As Angular, Node.js, And React.

  • Familiarity With Big Data And Analytics: The Role Involves Working With Large Volumes Of Data, So Proficiency In Big Data Technologies Such As Hadoop, Spark, And Kafka Is Essential. Experience With Data Analytics And Visualization Tools Like Tableau, Splunk, Or Elastic Stack Is Also Desirable.

  • Leadership And Teamwork Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills To Guide And Mentor Junior Team Members. They Should Also Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
