- Design and implement complex network solutions for clients in the health sector.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific technology needs and requirements.

- Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather and clarify project requirements.
- Create detailed project plans and timelines to effectively manage project deliverables.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients during and after implementation.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Cisco Systems products and solutions.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges during the implementation process.
- Train and educate clients on how to effectively use and maintain the implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of solutions.
- Assist in sales and business development efforts by demonstrating the value and capabilities of Cisco Systems solutions.
- Contribute to the development of new products and services by providing feedback and insights from client interactions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project details, configurations, and client interactions.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
Bachelor's Or Higher Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Role, Preferably Within The Victorian Health Sector.
In-Depth Knowledge And Experience In Networking Technologies, Including Routing, Switching, Security, And Wireless.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Design And Implement Complex Solutions To Meet Customer Needs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
