- Collaborate with the sales team to understand the customer's needs and develop customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of the USPS's current network infrastructure and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement network solutions using Cisco's products and technologies to enhance the USPS's communication and collaboration capabilities.
- Serve as the technical expert and primary point of contact for the USPS, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Cisco's solutions to the USPS.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of the implemented solutions and provide recommendations for any necessary updates or enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve and innovate our solutions for the USPS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and customer service representatives, to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
- Provide training and technical support to the USPS's IT staff to ensure they are proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting the implemented solutions.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Cisco, promoting our products and services and building positive relationships with the USPS and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Network Engineering, Preferably In A Customer-Facing Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Usps Networking Protocols And Technologies, Such As Mpls, Bgp, And Vpn.
Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Complex Network Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
