- Collaborate with SLED customers to understand their technology needs and provide customized solutions using Cisco's technology offerings.
- Utilize strong technical expertise in networking, security, and cloud technologies to design and implement innovative solutions for SLED customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to SLED customers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales and implementation process.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the technology industry, particularly in the SLED sector, and proactively recommend new solutions to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for SLED customers, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Cisco's technology solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support the development of long-term relationships with SLED customers.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to SLED customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction with Cisco's solutions.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Cisco Systems and network with SLED customers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to solution design, implementation, and support to enhance overall customer experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Sales Or Solutions Engineering Role.
Strong Understanding And Experience With Networking And It Infrastructure Technologies.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Audiences.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Complex Solutions For Sled (State, Local, And Education) Clients.
