- Collaborate with the GES West team to identify and understand customer needs and requirements.
- Utilize technical expertise to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with Cisco's technology offerings.
- Stay updated on the latest networking, security, and cloud technologies and trends to continuously improve and enhance solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Cisco's technology solutions to potential customers.
- Provide technical support and guidance to sales teams during the sales process.
- Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and understand their evolving needs, and use that information to improve and develop new solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and use that knowledge to guide and enhance solution development.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance and training to internal teams and customers.
- Participate in conferences, events, and webinars to promote Cisco's technology solutions and showcase their benefits.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and sales tools to effectively communicate the value of Cisco's solutions to customers.
Demonstrated Technical Expertise: A Solutions Engineer At Cisco Systems Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Cisco Products And Solutions, As Well As Hands-On Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Troubleshooting Complex Network Infrastructures.
Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: This Role Requires Effective Communication With Customers, Sales Teams, And Cross-Functional Teams. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Articulate Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Abilities: As A Solutions Engineer, You Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Resolving Complex Technical Issues. This Requires Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Think Critically To Develop Innovative Solutions.
