- Provide technical expertise and support to customers in the Americas region, specifically in the service provider industry.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and understand customer needs and develop customized solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements and develop technical solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Design and present technical proposals and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Cisco's products and solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and training to sales teams on Cisco's technology solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network technologies to continuously improve and enhance Cisco's offerings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
- Act as a liaison between customers and Cisco's technical support teams, providing timely and effective resolutions to any technical issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with Cisco's products and services.
- Contribute to the development of new products and solutions by providing valuable feedback on customer needs and industry trends.
- Represent Cisco at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our solutions and network with potential customers.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In The Service Provider Industry
Expert Knowledge Of Networking Technologies, Including Routing, Switching, And Security
