- Conduct thorough testing of Cisco's networking products to ensure quality and reliability.
- Utilize expertise in L2/L3 protocols to design and execute test cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Report and track defects, and work with developers to resolve them.

In-Depth Knowledge Of L2/L3 Networking Protocols: A Software Test Engineer For L2/L3 Protocols At Cisco Systems Should Possess Strong Expertise In Networking Protocols Such As Ethernet, Vlan, Tcp/Ip, Ospf, Bgp, Etc. This Knowledge Is Essential For Testing And Troubleshooting Complex Network Scenarios.
Experience With Testing Tools And Methodologies: The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With Various Testing Tools And Methodologies, Such As Selenium, Jmeter, And Agile/Scrum. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Test Automation Frameworks And Scripting Languages Like Python Or Perl.
