Job Description

In this role you have opportunity to join Cloud Networking Switch Hardware diagnostic team inside Cisco’s Central Hardware Group (CHG) to work on the Nexus 9000 line of cloud network switches that features application awareness to make the network infrastructure flexible and agile for multi-layered response to application needs and virtual machine workload mobility. Developing Software including Linux system platform and hardware diagnosis test suites. New Hardware System Bring up and Software Bug Fix. Working with the ASIC team, HW team, top vendors, and manufacturers. Trouble shooting hardware issues in building products.

Job Qualifications

  • 8+ years of related work experience

  • Linux kernel knowledge

  • MDIO, I2C, SPI, PCIE bus
