- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive recruitment success.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and external recruitment agencies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough and effective candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong fit for the role and company culture.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Cisco Systems, promoting our employer brand and values to potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment and hiring.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
- Mentor and train junior members of the recruitment team.
- Represent Cisco Systems at recruitment events and conferences to attract top talent.
- Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Extensive Experience In Recruitment And Talent Acquisition: A Senior Talent Advisor At Cisco Systems Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Recruitment, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Sales Function And Be Familiar With The Nuances Of Hiring For Sales Roles In The Mea Region.
