  3. Conduct thorough analysis of network systems to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance performance.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on Cisco network products and solutions to assist clients with implementing and optimizing their network systems.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  6. Develop and document standard operating procedures for network support and maintenance.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network technology to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  8. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers in the team.
  9. Proactively monitor network performance and take necessary actions to prevent or minimize disruptions.
  10. Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling network services to clients.
  11. Communicate complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner to clients and team members.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, in all work activities.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
  14. Participate in network maintenance activities, such as software upgrades and patches.
  15. Maintain accurate records of all network support activities and provide regular reports to management.
