- Lead and mentor a team of product managers to ensure successful execution of product roadmap and delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to align product strategy with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for new products and features.
- Define product vision and roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver product features and enhancements, ensuring on-time and high-quality product launches.

Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Senior Director Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products In The Networking Industry.
