- Collaborate with team members to develop cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business outcomes for Cisco's customers.
- Utilize your design expertise to create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for AI products and services.
- Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for the Universal AI Team.
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to ensure alignment and consistency in design.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to inform design strategies and solutions.
- Communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior designers on the team, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Take ownership and accountability for the design process, ensuring that all deliverables meet high standards of quality.
Extensive Experience In Artificial Intelligence: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Significant Experience In Designing And Implementing Ai Solutions, Such As Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, And Data Analytics.
Proven Track Record In Designing Complex Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Successful Track Record Of Designing And Delivering Complex Ai Systems, Preferably In A Large-Scale Enterprise Environment. This Includes Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Strong Programming Skills: A Senior Designer Should Have Expert-Level Programming Skills In Languages Such As Python, Java, Or C++, As Well As Experience With Ai Frameworks Like Tensorflow, Pytorch, Or Keras. Familiarity With Cloud Computing Platforms And Big Data Technologies Is Also Essential.
Leadership And Collaboration Abilities: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Lead And Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Data Scientists, Engineers, And Product Managers. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Ideas And Drive Consensus Among Team Members.
