- Create training materials and resources to educate and empower sales team members on the latest cloud and AI infrastructure products and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales operations, and engineering, to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Conduct regular assessments of sales team's training needs and develop customized enablement plans to address any knowledge or skill gaps.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of enablement programs and make adjustments as needed to continuously improve results.
- Act as a subject matter expert on cloud and AI infrastructure, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide relevant and timely information to the sales team.
- Lead and facilitate sales enablement workshops, training sessions, and events to promote product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales team members to improve their overall performance and ability to drive success through enablement strategies.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and implement best practices for driving sales enablement and adoption within the organization.
