Cisco Systems is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Enablement Manager for our Cloud and AI Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enablement programs to support the sales team in driving revenue growth.   1. Develop and implement sales enablement programs to support the Cloud and AI Infrastructure sales team in achieving revenue growth targets.
  2. Create training materials and resources to educate and empower sales team members on the latest cloud and AI infrastructure products and solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales operations, and engineering, to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  4. Conduct regular assessments of sales team's training needs and develop customized enablement plans to address any knowledge or skill gaps.
  5. Monitor and track the effectiveness of enablement programs and make adjustments as needed to continuously improve results.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on cloud and AI infrastructure, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide relevant and timely information to the sales team.
  7. Lead and facilitate sales enablement workshops, training sessions, and events to promote product knowledge and sales techniques.
  8. Provide coaching and mentorship to sales team members to improve their overall performance and ability to drive success through enablement strategies.
  9. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and implement best practices for driving sales enablement and adoption within the organization.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales team members to understand their needs and identify areas for improvement in the sales enablement process.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud And Ai Infrastructure: A Sales Enablement Manager For Cloud And Ai Infrastructure At Cisco Systems Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Cloud And Ai Technologies, Trends, And Market Landscape.

  • Proven Sales Enablement Experience: Candidates Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Enabling Sales Teams Through The Development And Implementation Of Training Programs, Sales Tools, And Resources.

  • Experience In The Technology Industry: A Sales Enablement Manager For Cloud And Ai Infrastructure At Cisco Systems Should Have Experience In The Technology Industry, Preferably Within The Cloud And Ai Space. This Will Enable Them To Understand The Specific Needs Of Customers And Sales Teams.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: This Role Involves Leading And Managing Projects Related To Sales Enablement, Such As Developing Training Materials, Creating Sales Playbooks, Or Implementing New Tools.
