Job Description

Plan, design, develop, implement, facilitate, optimize and co-manage our largest global continuous sales enablement learning program, Learn2Earn enabling over 2,000 Sellers globally. Lead digital sales tool enablement plan with existing partners while maximizing seller utilization to improve sales pipeline growth and close ratios. Lead vendor training engagement. Serve as the connective tissue across internal partners to evaluate, plan, and train on select sales enablement tools to all levels including our sales new hires. Communicate program efficacy status regularly with partners and executive sponsors. Collect, analyze, evaluate and report on all enablement programs to influence sales performance, and metrics including but not limited to close ratios, sales cycle duration, pipeline conversion to impact Meraki’s growth in FY22 and beyond.

Job Qualifications
  • 4+ years of related experience

  • Strong experience in sales, sales enablement, data analytics, and program management.

  • Proficient in sales process, sales messaging, and sales methodology (Value Selling + MEDDIC).

  • Experience and foundational knowledge of relational databases, reporting tools and data quality management techniques
