Sales Commission Analyst

Coordinate all aspects of Meraki’s sales compensation and commissions plans for the company’s global sales team. Assist with auditing the monthly commission payout to ensure accurate payment for commissionable reps. Build and implement new hire compensation plans, accelerators, and other sales compensation elements.
