In this role, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge DevOps processes for our innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI) products. Your expertise in Helm and Docker will be vital in ensuring the scalability and reliability of our SaaS platform.   1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement DevOps processes for our SaaS offerings.
  2. Ensure the scalability and reliability of our SaaS platform through expertise in Helm and Docker.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to maintain high availability and performance.
  4. Continuously improve and optimize our DevOps processes to enhance the delivery of our AI products.
  5. Use automation tools to streamline deployment and release processes.
  6. Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development life cycle.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and AI technologies.
  8. Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
  9. Collaborate with customer support teams to quickly resolve any issues related to our SaaS products.
  10. Communicate and document technical solutions and processes effectively.
  11. Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for our DevOps processes and procedures.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on DevOps practices and technologies.
  13. Drive continuous improvement and implement new tools and techniques to enhance our DevOps capabilities.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential security vulnerabilities in our SaaS platform.
  15. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for our SaaS products.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience With Devops Methodologies: A Saas Devops Engineer At Cisco Systems Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Devops Principles And Practices, Including Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, And Infrastructure Automation.

  • Knowledge Of Artificial Intelligence: As Cisco Systems Increasingly Incorporates Ai Into Its Products And Services, A Saas Devops Engineer Should Have Experience Working With Ai Technologies, Such As Machine Learning And Natural Language Processing.

  • Familiarity With Helm: Cisco Systems Uses Helm, A Package Management Tool For Kubernetes, To Deploy And Manage Applications. A Qualified Saas Devops Engineer Should Have Experience Working With Helm Charts And Releases.

  • Proficiency With Docker: As Cisco Systems Moves Towards Containerization, Experience With Docker Is A Must For A Saas Devops Engineer. This Includes Understanding How To Build, Deploy, And Manage Containers Using Docker.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: Working In A Fast-Paced, Cross-Functional Environment, A Saas Devops Engineer Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Team Members, Including Developers, Qa Engineers, And Product Managers.
