Renewals Specialist - Duo Security
As a Renewals Specialist, you will support the team as a key resource for handling the renewal transaction for our invoice customers, including email outreach and facilitation until closure is reached, and also supporting the team by handling operations issues and functions as needed. Perform ongoing, detailed analysis of customer subscription renewal data, ensuring accuracy of all relevant data points. Proactively identify questions that may arise, and provide concise information and instruction for on-time closure. 4-5 years of experience managing customer facing renewals in a Saas-based business model
Extensive experience with Salesforce
Proven track record of Closing renewals on-time with a 95-100% closure rate, quarterly
Demonstrated behavior and success that can be emulated by others, especially newer employees
