Product Management Intern

Cisco Systems is looking for a highly motivated Product Management Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will join a passionate group of Product Managers and help to create, develop, and launch innovative products and services. You will need to be extremely organized, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills.The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with product management, customer service, or project management is preferred but not required. Additionally, you must possess the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow are essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and analyze the market and customer needs to help inform product development.
2. Assist in draft product requirements and create product roadmaps.
3. Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
4. Develop and manage product launch plans.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches.
6. Create presentations and deliver demos to internal and external stakeholders.
7. Support customer support teams with product questions.
8. Maintain up-to-date product documentation.
9. Monitor competitive products and analyze market trends.
10. Provide regular feedback to the product team and help to develop product strategies.
