  1. Lead the development and delivery of next-generation HyperScaler and AI solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  3. Manage all aspects of technical programs, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
  4. Drive innovation and stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology trends in the HyperScaler and AI space.
  5. Foster a fast-paced and dynamic work environment to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  7. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the success of the programs.
  8. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery of dependencies.
  9. Coach and mentor team members to enhance their technical and project management skills.
  10. Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
  11. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of program performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on HyperScaler and AI technologies and provide guidance to the team.
  13. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of deliverables.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  15. Represent Cisco Systems at industry events and conferences to showcase our HyperScaler and AI solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Technical Program Management Role, Preferably In The Hyperscaler/Ai Space.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Managing Large-Scale Technical Projects And Programs, Including Budget And Resource Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Technical Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Ai Technologies, As Well As Experience Working With Hyper Scale Infrastructure And Data Center Environments.
