- Design and develop cutting-edge network hardware products for our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of hardware components.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance product performance and user experience.
- Create and review technical specifications, schematics, and other design documents.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the development process.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior hardware engineers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in hardware engineering.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Hardware Design And Development, Preferably In The Networking Industry.
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Hardware Design Principles, Including Schematic Capture, Component Selection, And Pcb Layout.
Experience With High-Speed Digital Design, Signal Integrity, And Power Delivery.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers, As Well As Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver High-Quality Products On Time.
