Job Description

Responsible for driving transformation programs with Cisco’s strategic Service Provider and Enterprise customers. As the Principal Architect, you will collaborate with multiple Cisco teams including Product Management, Delivery, Sales, and Engineering to shape the vision of solutions for our customers. Work closely with various teams to shape and deliver architecture standards and designs for associated initiatives. Establish architecture and technical standards that will enable scale and repeatability of solutions in the areas of Automation and Orchestration, Observability, Cloud, DevOps, etc. Drive thought leadership through published content, technical webinars, etc. for internal and external teams. Provide input into technical offer development and integration roadmaps. Possess strong ability to tackle complex problems creatively.

Job Qualifications

  • 15+ years of proven experience required.

  • Certifications from any of the major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and SaaS providers are highly desired

  • Expertise in large scale systems design and architecture

  • Practical experience in deploying and managing applications in public or hybrid cloud environments

  • Hands on experience with crafting and implementing microservices based architectures, container solutions with tools
