- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive mutual success and growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive partner engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Act as a liaison between partners and Cisco to ensure clear communication and understanding of goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to partners to maximize their potential and drive business success.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and develop plans to onboard and nurture new partners.
- Lead and participate in regular partner meetings, trainings, and events to ensure ongoing engagement and alignment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform partner strategies and initiatives.
- Represent Cisco and its partner program in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Experience In Customer Success Or Account Management: A Partner Success Manager At Cisco Systems Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Success Or Account Management Roles, Preferably In The Technology Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing And Growing Relationships With Key Partners.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Effective Communication And Relationship-Building With Both Internal Teams And External Partners. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As Strong Interpersonal Skills To Build Trust And Rapport With Partners.
Knowledge Of Cisco Products And Services: A Partner Success Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cisco's Products And Services, As Well As The Technology Industry As A Whole. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Provide Valuable Insights And Guidance To Partners, As Well As Effectively Communicate The Value Of Cisco Solutions.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: Partner Success Managers Must Be Able To Think Strategically And Proactively To Identify Potential Challenges And Opportunities For Their Partners. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Address Any Issues That Arise And Ensure The Success Of Their Partners.
