  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and success for Cisco's Cloud + AI solutions through partnerships.
  2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners in the cloud technology and AI industry.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement joint go-to-market strategies and initiatives.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on Cisco's Cloud + AI solutions, providing guidance and support to partners and internal stakeholders.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  6. Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
  7. Analyze partner performance and provide regular reports and updates to management.
  8. Drive adoption and usage of Cisco's Cloud + AI solutions among partners.
  9. Conduct regular trainings and workshops for partners to increase their knowledge and understanding of Cisco's offerings.
  10. Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  11. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Cisco's Cloud + AI solutions.
  12. Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in cloud technology and AI solutions.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve partnership strategies and processes to drive business growth.
  14. Represent Cisco's values and culture in all interactions with partners and stakeholders.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of Cisco's Cloud + AI business by meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
