- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners in the Turkish market to drive business growth for Cisco Systems.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, understanding their needs and providing solutions to support their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with Cisco's business goals.
- Identify and onboard new partners, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of Cisco's products and services.
- Provide training and support to partners to enable them to effectively sell and promote Cisco's solutions.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular updates to the leadership team on partner activities and progress.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Cisco, representing the company and its values in all partner interactions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships, making recommendations for improvement and growth.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Partner Account Management Or Channel Sales In The Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing Complex Partner Relationships.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Partners And Internal Stakeholders.
In-Depth Understanding Of The Technology Industry Landscape In Turkey, Including Knowledge Of Competitors, Market Trends, And Customer Needs.
