  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners to drive mutual business growth.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners, understanding their business needs and goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint business plans and execute on them.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and strategies to expand partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on Cisco's products, services, and solutions, and effectively communicate their value to partners.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
  8. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities with partners.
  9. Monitor and report on partner performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  10. Represent Cisco at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential and existing partners.
  11. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may arise in the partnership.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and enablement teams to develop and execute partner enablement programs and activities.
  13. Ensure compliance with partner agreements and manage any necessary contract negotiations.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize partner management processes and procedures.
  15. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the technology industry and market trends to effectively position Cisco's solutions and services.
