  1. Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with our partners.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve mutual goals and objectives.
  3. Identify and onboard new partners to expand our network and reach.
  4. Create and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for both Cisco and our partners.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  7. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.
  8. Provide training and support to partners to ensure they have a thorough understanding of Cisco's products and services.
  9. Act as a liaison between partners and Cisco, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  10. Monitor and report on partner performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  11. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in technology to anticipate potential opportunities and challenges.
  12. Represent Cisco at partner events and conferences to promote our brand and strengthen relationships.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to partner management.
  15. Uphold Cisco's values and mission while representing the company to partners and external stakeholders.
