NOC Engineer - Events

Your role is to put the customer experience first, deliver on results of zero downtime, while continuously innovating and handling high-risk situations. You will bring to life an enterprise class network in a matter of weeks using Cisco solutions both well established and on the cusp of release. Expect hands on technical configuration, lab and event-based deployment, testing, design, troubleshooting and logistical planning to be core aspects of this role. The key to this role is not knowing everything but being able to work as a team to get the work completed within a short timeframe. Travel is required. The position will bring you into contact with both Cisco’s internal business units, the innovators of our amazing solutions, our marketing teams, and external event-based companies that all help bring our shows to life.
