Network Support Engineer Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated Network Support Engineer Intern to join our team at Cisco Systems. As an integral part of our Network Support Team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while developing and enhancing your technical skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and is passionate about network engineering and technology.To be successful in this role, you must possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Additionally, you should have knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, routing protocols, and network equipment, as well as a basic understanding of network security protocols and policies. Familiarity with Cisco technologies and products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities: -Provide technical support for network-related technical issues -Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network equipment -Perform network maintenance and upgrades -Monitor network performance and analyze network traffic to identify potential problems -Create and maintain network documentation -Assist with the development and implementation of network security protocols and policies -Provide training and support for end users -Conduct research to stay current with the latest network technologies and products -Work with vendors to resolve technical problems -Participate in the design and implementation of new network solutions
