Manufacturing Engineer

We’re looking for a creative, solution-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join Cisco Systems’ dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving design and process improvements, as well as leading cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues.As a successful candidate, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. You must also have a strong background in problem-solving and be able to develop innovative solutions to improve product quality and production efficiency. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills.If you’re passionate about lean manufacturing and have a knack for troubleshooting, we’d love to have you on our team!
