  1. Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
  2. Use your technical expertise to drive innovation and implement cutting-edge technologies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions for our Account Management Platform.
  4. Develop and maintain software codebase, utilizing best practices and coding standards.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including code reviews and troubleshooting.
  6. Identify and address technical roadblocks and provide solutions to ensure project success.
  7. Contribute to the overall technical strategy and direction of the team.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and apply new technologies and practices to improve team performance.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.
  10. Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  12. Act as a point of contact for technical escalations and provide timely resolutions.
  13. Participate in recruitment and hiring processes to onboard new team members.
  14. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment for team members.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Software Engineering: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With A Strong Understanding Of The Development Lifecycle And Proven Experience In Delivering High-Quality Software Products.

  • Expertise In Account Management Platforms: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Account Management Platforms And Systems, With A Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Solutions For Large-Scale Enterprise Environments.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python, As Well As Experience With Databases, Web Services, And Cloud Technologies.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Lead Software Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Engineers And Managing Project Timelines And Deliverables. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills Are Essential For This Role.
