Hello! We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the Head of IoT aaS Sales for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region at Cisco Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies for our rapidly growing IoT as a Service (IoT aaS) business. We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the IoT landscape, and a passion for driving growth and customer success.   1. Develop and execute sales strategies for the EMEA region for Cisco's IoT aaS business.
  2. Generate new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions for clients.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the IoT landscape to identify new sales opportunities.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
  8. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  9. Mentor and train sales team members to ensure high performance and growth.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the IoT aaS business.
  11. Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients.
  12. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and work closely with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  13. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to make informed sales decisions.
  14. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of Cisco's IoT aaS offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  16. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth and development in the IoT industry.
