Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Hardware Engineering, Preferably In The Networking Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Hardware Engineers.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hardware Design Principles, Including Schematic Capture, Pcb Layout, And Signal Integrity Analysis.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Protocols Such As Ethernet, Tcp/Ip, And Wireless Networking.
