  1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with Cisco Systems' overall business objectives and goals.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  4. Create and manage project plans and timelines to ensure timely execution of go-to-market initiatives.
  5. Monitor and track key performance metrics to measure the success of go-to-market strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Lead and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to gather insights and align on go-to-market plans.
  7. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on go-to-market strategies and initiatives.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and customers to support go-to-market efforts.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve go-to-market strategies.
  10. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth.
  12. Communicate go-to-market plans and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Identify and assess potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate impact on go-to-market strategies.
  14. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous process optimization.
  15. Represent Cisco Systems at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Planning And Execution, Preferably In A Technology Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Gtm (Go-To-Market) Strategies And Ability To Develop Comprehensive Plans To Drive Business Growth.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products And/Or Services Through Effective Gtm Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams At All Levels Of The Organization.
