- Create and manage a comprehensive GTM plan that outlines key objectives, target markets, messaging, and tactics.
- Lead and mentor a team of GTM professionals to support the execution of GTM strategies.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Represent Cisco Systems at industry events and conferences, showcasing our Splunk products and GTM strategies.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide market feedback and insights to inform future product development.
- Drive innovation and creative thinking within the GTM team, continuously looking for new and innovative ways to promote our Splunk products in the market.
- Ensure all GTM strategies are in line with company branding and messaging guidelines.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of GTM strategies.
- Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on GTM strategies within the organization.
Extensive Experience In Developing And Executing Gtm (Go-To-Market) Strategies For Enterprise Software Or Technology Products.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue Growth Through Successful Implementation Of Gtm Strategies And Initiatives.
Strong Understanding Of The It Industry, Including Knowledge Of Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Customer Needs.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Key Stakeholders.
Experience Working With Splunk Or Other Data Analytics Platforms Is Preferred, Along With A Deep Understanding Of Data-Driven Marketing Strategies.
