Job Description

At Cisco Systems, we are looking for a Growth Product Sales Specialist who is passionate about technology and has a deep understanding of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of selling complex products, developing creative strategies to drive customer engagement, and demonstrating a high level of customer service. The Growth Product Sales Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales goals and becoming an expert on Cisco’s products and services.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field • 5+ years of sales experience with complex products• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills• Proven track record of achieving sales goals• Knowledge of the software and hardware industries• Demonstrated ability to develop creative sales strategies• A passion for technology and staying up to date with industry trends

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer engagement.
  2. Achieve sales goals and develop an expertise in Cisco products and services.
  3. Present products and services to potential customers in a clear and engaging manner.
  4. Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies.
  5. Collect customer feedback and use it to improve sales strategies.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  7. Prepare and review sales reports and other documents.
  8. Work collaboratively with other departments to facilitate sales.
