Financial Analyst-Corporate Development Finance

Cisco Systems is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Financial Analyst-Corporate Development Finance to join our Corporate Development Finance team. This person will be a key member of the team responsible for managing and executing the financial analysis of all corporate development activities, including mergers and acquisitions. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Corporate Development Finance and will require strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem solving, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or investment banking setting. Experience in corporate development and/or mergers and acquisitions is a plus. The ability to be highly organized and manage multiple projects is critical to success in this role. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are also required.
