- Lead the design and development of complex software systems for federal clients using cutting-edge technologies.

- Develop and maintain software architecture documentation, including system design, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and efficiency.

- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality coding standards are followed.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software architecture and development.
- Lead and participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of software systems.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in project delivery.
- Maintain a strong understanding of federal sector requirements and regulations.
- Continuously improve and optimize software development processes and methodologies.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Software Development, Including At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Architect Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal Government Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Fisma, Fedramp, And Nist.
Experience Designing And Implementing Large-Scale, Complex Software Solutions For Federal Agencies.
Strong Technical Skills In A Variety Of Programming Languages, Platforms, And Tools, Including Cloud Computing, Virtualization, And Data Analytics.
