Strong Understanding Of Esg Principles And Their Impact On Financial Performance: A Qualified Esg Finance Manager At Cisco Systems Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Environmental, Social, And Governance (Esg) Principles And Their Influence On Financial Decision-Making. This Includes Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations, Industry Trends, And Best Practices In Esg Integration.
Experience In Financial Analysis And Reporting: The Esg Finance Manager Should Possess Advanced Financial Analysis Skills And Be Able To Interpret And Communicate Esg Data And Metrics In A Clear And Concise Manner. They Should Also Have Experience In Preparing Financial Reports And Presentations For Various Stakeholders.
