  1. Develop and manage Cisco's equity compensation program to attract and retain top talent.
  2. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in equity compensation to ensure Cisco's program remains competitive.
  3. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure equity compensation aligns with overall compensation strategy and budget.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to determine appropriate equity compensation packages for different roles and levels within the organization.
  5. Communicate and educate employees on the details and benefits of Cisco's equity compensation program.
  6. Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure equity compensation plans are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  7. Manage the administration and execution of equity compensation, including grants, vesting schedules, and exercise processes.
  8. Develop and implement processes for equity compensation tracking and reporting.
  9. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on equity compensation-related inquiries and issues.
  10. Monitor and review the effectiveness of Cisco's equity compensation program and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equity compensation is integrated into overall talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  12. Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants related to equity compensation.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information related to equity compensation.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on equity compensation within the organization.
  15. Mentor and train other members of the HR team on equity compensation best practices and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Equity Compensation Management.

  • Proven Knowledge Of Equity Compensation Plans, Including Stock Options, Restricted Stock Units, And Employee Stock Purchase Plans.

  • Familiarity With Sec Regulations And Accounting Principles Related To Equity Compensation.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Manage Complex Data And Provide Strategic Recommendations For Equity Compensation Programs.
