Distribution Planner

We are seeking a Global Distribution Planner to help Meraki improve revenue shipments and customer satisfaction. This is a role in a fast-growing team and company, and has a high impact on achieving company goals. Proactively plan product shipments from manufacturers, via air and sea, to distribution centers for regional demand fulfillment. Maintain optimal inventory levels at each DC, avoiding all shortages, and avoiding or minimizing transfers. Work closely and cross-functionally with Supply Planning teams, Inventory teams, Shipping (Demand Fulfillment) teams and Allocations to assure supply at the Distribution Centers, eliminating or minimizing impact to customer shipments. Collect and measure KPIs of in-stock performance. Resolve operational issues in a timely fashion.
