Director, UX Research

We’re looking for an experienced, creative Director of UX Research to join Cisco Systems and lead our efforts in creating an amazing experience for our users.In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative user experiences for our products, services, and solutions. You will ensure that our user experience is intuitive, engaging, and consistent across a wide range of platforms and products. To do this, you will need to be well-versed in the latest trends and techniques in user experience design and research.To be successful in this role, you will need to have an advanced degree in a relevant field (Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or equivalent), as well as a minimum of 7 years of experience in UX research and design. You should also have a proven track record of creating successful user experiences, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Moreover, you should be a creative thinker and have excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and presentation skills.
