Director, Software Engineering

We are seeking an experienced leader in software engineering to join our team as a Director of Software Engineering at Cisco Systems. As a software engineering professional, you'll be responsible for producing and developing innovative software solutions for use in our products. The ideal candidate should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment. You should have a passion for technology and a strong technical background in software engineering.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as 8+ years of experience in software engineering. You should also have a proven track record of leading software engineering teams and managing software projects. The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be well-versed in software engineering best practices, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
