  1. Develop and drive the overall product strategy and vision for the GenAI product portfolio.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and execution of product plans.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, and use this information to inform product decisions.
  4. Lead a team of product managers and provide mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure their success.
  5. Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
  6. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
  7. Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases and enhancements.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on the AI landscape, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  11. Make data-driven decisions and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  12. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team.
  13. Represent Cisco and the GenAI product portfolio at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve product management processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Director Of Product Management At Cisco Systems Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Products.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Product Strategy And Vision. They Should Also Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Knowledge Of Ai And Machine Learning: A Director Of Product Management At Cisco Systems Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning Technologies. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of How These Technologies Can Be Applied To Various Industries And Use Cases.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Think Strategically To Identify Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Customer Needs.
