As a DevOps Engineer at Cisco Systems, you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for maintaining and improving the development, testing, and production infrastructures. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of solutions that enable automation, scalability and reliability for our services.We are looking for a qualified DevOps Engineer who is a self-motivated and creative problem-solver with an ability to think strategically and execute with precision. You must have a strong understanding of the principles of DevOps, Automation and Containerization, and be comfortable with Linux, scripting languages, and automation tools. A successful candidate will also be an excellent communicator who can collaborate and coordinate with other team members. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions that enable automation, scalability, and reliability for Cisco Systems services.
- Monitor and maintain the development, testing, and production infrastructures.
- Utilize Linux, scripting languages, and automation tools to develop DevOps solutions.
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other team members to achieve team objectives.
- Proactively improve system performance and reliability.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and software tools.
- Monitor system performance and security measures.
