
Cybersecurity Incident Manager

- Develop and implement incident response plans to effectively mitigate and manage cyber threats.
- Monitor and analyze security systems and tools to identify potential security incidents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all cybersecurity incidents and lead the incident response process.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and external stakeholders, to respond to security incidents.
- Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents to identify the root cause and develop remediation plans.
- Communicate and report on incident response activities and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and vulnerabilities and make recommendations for enhancing incident response capabilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external incident response partners and industry peers to share knowledge and best practices.
- Train and educate employees on incident response procedures and protocols.
- Continuously evaluate and improve incident response processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Incident Response And Management, Preferably In A Large-Scale Enterprise Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Threats, Vulnerabilities, And Mitigation Techniques.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Incident Response, Such As Nist Or Sans.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Coordinate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
