  1. Conduct thorough analysis of customs data to ensure compliance with all international trade and customs regulations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in global supply chain operations.
  3. Develop and implement solutions to optimize customs processes and drive efficiency and cost savings.
  4. Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations and communicate any potential impacts to the company.
  5. Provide subject matter expertise on customs regulations and help educate other teams within the company.
  6. Prepare and submit required documentation for customs compliance, including import/export declarations and duty payments.
  7. Work closely with external partners, such as customs brokers and government agencies, to facilitate smooth and timely customs clearance.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of customs data and documentation.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and address any customs-related issues.
  10. Act as a point of contact for all customs-related inquiries and resolve any compliance issues in a timely manner.
  11. Provide training and support to team members on customs processes and regulations.
  12. Monitor and track customs-related expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  13. Analyze and report on key customs metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Actively participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement and innovation in customs processes.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to customs compliance and maintain accurate records.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customs Compliance, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of International Trade Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Customs Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Various Stakeholders, Both Internally And Externally.
